Newly appointed T20 vice-captain, Rassie van der Dussen has said South Africa will be heavily relying on the experienced duo of Quinton de Kock and David Miller to deliver in the forthcoming series against India. Rassie cited their vast Indian Premier League (IPL) experience as proving to be helpful for the younger squad members.

“Quinton and David have played a lot of cricket in India. We will look to feed off them and ask them a lot of questions about the conditions, the kind of bowlers we would be facing so we can quickly adapt against a strong side like India,” Rassie said.
De Kock and Miller have been playing in the IPL for several years now and have experienced varying degrees of success. The wicketkeeper-batsman will be captaining the T20 side in the absence of regular skipper Faf du Plessis.
