Pakistan skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed will be captaining Sindh’s side in the upcoming season of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. One of the six teams participating in the premier first-class competition, Sindh is embellished by a wealth of batting talent.
They possess the likes of Abid Ali, Fawad Alam, Khurram Manzoor and vice-captain Asad Shafiq in their lineup. All of them are seasoned veterans who have established their worth in domestic circuit while youngsters such as Saud Shakeel and Saad Ali also complete a strong middle-order.
“We have a very solid batting line-up with Khurram Manzoor, Abid Ali, Saad Ali, Asad Shafiq, Saud Shakeel and Fawad Alam, while Omair Bin Yousuf is also a very promising player. Shehzar did very well last year,” an optimistic Sarfaraz shed light on Sindh’s team.
