The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has cancelled the no-objection certificate (NOC) granted to fast- bowler Mohammad Hasnain that allowed him to feature in the ongoing Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
The fast-bowler has been asked to immediately return to Pakistan and take part in the ongoing Quaid-e-Azam Trophy. He will take part in the QeA trophy after featuring in the series against Sri Lanka later this month.
The 19-year-old has been playing for the Shah Rukh Khan-owned Trinbago Knight Riders in the CPL. The young speedster had been given the NOC for the entire CPL season by the PCB, even though the board has made it mandatory for the national players to take part in the QeA trophy.
