Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah has enlisted himself among the best bowlers in the world in a short span of time with his unbelievable ability to take wickets at will in all formats of the game.
The pacer is yet to play a Test match at home as he has been playing in overseas conditions ever since his debut last year. Bumrah is expected to make his first Test appearance in India during the upcoming series against South Africa. He is quite excited to play a Test match in front of his home crowd as he feels that it would not be anything new for him since he has played in India throughout his life.
“I have played all my cricket in India before playing for the country, so these are not alien conditions for me. But playing Test matches will be a different experience. As soon as I join, we will discuss with the team management and the senior players, who have played a lot of cricket as to what works, what doesn't work, so will take everything into consideration and let's see how it goes,” he said.
