Words will always fall short while defining Virat Kohli’s legacy in the white-ball cricket. During India’s 2nd T20I game against South Africa at Mohali, the proficient batsman scored another half-century. This allowed the Indian run-machine to get back to the frame of being the only batsman to average in excess of 50 in all the three formats of the game.
Virat’s career is an epitome of consistency as the Indian captain scored heaps of runs consistently in all the conditions. Be it Tests, ODIs or T20Is, the Delhi born never shies away from any challenge and uses his fighting nature to counter all the precarious situations.
Recently, Virat Kohli decided to reveal the reason for his consistency as he was found delighted to win another game for India.
Sharing his views in the presentation ceremony while receiving the man of the match award, the 30-year old said that the Indian badge on his shirt motivates him. It’s a sign of pride for him to play for the Indian team which helps him stay focused and do whatever it takes to bring honor to the country. Moreover, Virat added that he would do all he can to win matches for his team.
