After losing against Afghanistan in their second encounter of the ongoing T20I tri-series, hosts Bangladesh recovered well to win the recent contest against Zimbabwe. Securing two crucial wins, the Bengal Tigers are now through to the final of the competition which will allow them to again lock horns against Afghanistan on September 24 at Dhaka.
Bangladesh’s skipper Shakib Al Hasan was elated to see his unit coming back strongly after a defeat as he urged them to press the accelerator now.
The veteran of 337 International games applauded his team as he readied them for the final. Before that, Bangladesh will play another game against Afghanistan and the 32-year old has no plans to relax as he wants his team to win that match and enter the final with massive confidence.
