Moin Khan, one of the best Pakistani keepers, enjoyed his 48th Birthday on 23rd September 2019. The legendary cricketer represented Pakistan in 69 Test matches and 219 ODI games. He retired from International Cricket 15 years ago in 2004.
Moin Khan has the most dismissals in the ODIs for Pakistan (287) and he stands at number 5th position in the list of most dismissals by all the wicket-keepers in the ODI format. Moin also holds the record for the most dismissals in an ODI series by a Pakistani (19 vs Australia and India).
Moin Khan is currently working as the mentor of Quetta Gladiators, the Pakistan Super League franchise. Moin was appointed the manager of Pakistan’s National team in August 2013. He was appointed as the National Head Coach of the team in 2014 replacing Dav Whatmore.
He was appointed as the chief selector of the Pakistani team in 2013, but in 2015, during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 he was removed from the position after the team's poor performance during the World Cup.
