Zimbabwe’s former cricketer Hamilton Masakadza has recently revealed his admiration for Bangladesh as he holds a special place in his heart for this country.
Since the beginning of his career, the veteran of 38 Tests, 209 ODIs and 66 T20Is remained a permanent feature of various domestic tournaments of Bangladesh.
Recently, the 36-year old went on to call Bangladesh his ‘second home’. Masakadza admired the friendly nature of the residents of the country while reflecting on his cricket journey.
“Bangladesh is like a second home for me and holds a special place in my heart. I have met so many people and friends here. I really love people’s passion for the game. Coming to Bangladesh for a number of times and knowing their culture has been a blessing to me,” shared by the opening batman while revealing his endearment for Bangladesh.
He was pleased to end his career in Bangladesh and that too in an iconic fashion. Moreover, he was found extending his gratitude to Zimbabwe Cricket Board to give him an opportunity to represent his country for many years.
