International Cricket Council (ICC) has updated the T20I rankings. Babar Azam, the Pakistani batsman, continues to dominate the T20I format as he once again grabbed the number 1 position in the batting rankings. Babar is sitting at the top of the table with 896 points, far ahead of Glenn Maxwell who is at number 2 with 815 points.
With not a lot of T20I games played recently, only Lokesh Rahul, India’s top-order batsman, demoted in the rankings as he slipped to 10th position. On the other hand, Alex Hales climbed up to the number 8 position.
Pakistan’s dashing opening batsman, Fakhar Zaman also made it to the top 10 rankings as he clinches number 7 position. No Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, or South African player made it to the list of top 10 T20I batsmen.
