After the horrendous incident of 2009 where Sri Lankan team bus was attacked by terrorists, the Islanders are to become the first major cricketing nation to tour Pakistan for a full-fledged series of ODIs and T20Is. The tour will see three 50-over games scheduled in Karachi after which the action will move to Lahore which is to play host to 3 T20I contests.
The arrival of the Sri Lankan team has gone down really well with the Pakistani people as they are hungry to see both teams restoring the beauty of their empty stadiums.
