Pakistani paceman Mohammad Hasnain is the latest addition to the ever swelling fast-bowling arsenal of the country. Only in his 2nd T20I game, the teenager was able to register an International hat-trick against Sri Lanka at the iconic Gaddafi Stadium of Lahore.
After making his mark in the shortest format of the game, the 19-year old has revealed his wish to represent Pakistan in Test cricket. Hasnain truly understands the toughness of the purest format of the game and works hard to be in the best shape for the red-ball cricket. Moreover, he is focused to click the 100mph barrier and create a world record for the boys in green.
With Wahab Riaz and Mohammad Amir being away from Test cricket and Hasan Ali sitting in poor bowling form, the Hyderabad born can make a strong case for him to enter Pakistan’s red-ball team. However, Hasnain will have to do a lot more to gain that honor as he has played only two first-class games. It remains to be seen if he becomes successful in translating his dream into reality.
