Usman Qadir becomes a father

Pakistan’s leg-spinner Usman Qadir has recently been blessed with a baby girl which excited him to the core. The son of the late and legendary leggie Abdul Qadir who is on the mission to carry the art of leg-spin in Pakistan was found in a jubilant manner while breaking this news on his social media.

Sharing a picture of his newborn, Usman revealed that the Almighty was kind enough to bless him with a daughter. Moreover, he extended his gratitude to his wife Sobia Usman for letting him feel the specialty of becoming a father.

The 26-year old is one of the few very talented spinners present in the domestic circuit of Pakistan. However, Usman hasn’t been able to justify his potential which is evident from his bowling average of 52.81 in first-class, 39.66 in List-A and 24.57 in T20s. Nevertheless, Usman is confident of turning the tables and registering strong shows in the ongoing domestic season.

Currently, he is featuring in the National T20 Cup where he has had a decent tournament so far. Earlier, the Lahore born featured in the highly celebrated Big Bash League (BBL) where he played for Perth Scorchers and gained valuable experience.

More good news came for Usman Qadir as he was included in the T20I squad of Pakistan for the tour of Australia. It can be said safely that the little angel brought luck to her father.
