The tall and lanky pacer from Gaggo Mandi who goes by the name of Mohammad Irfan has made a comeback to the national T20I side of Pakistan.
He first played for Pakistan in 2010 and in 2012-13 he went on the tour of India with the green team that returned triumphed in the ODI series.
After some fitness issues and alleged involvement in the spot-fixing case, Irfan was released from the national team. However, the tallest Test cricketer has returned to the T20I side and he seems over the moon. In a tweet, he thanked the almighty and said he is honored to be part of the national team once again.
He also expressed jubilation over the selection of young fast bowlers like Mohammad Hasnain, Naseem Shah and Musa Khan.
