Surrounded with a lot of muddles including an orphan pace battery, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) decided to look towards future by selecting players like Mohammad Musa and Naseem Shah. Including Shaheen Shah Afridi in the equation clearly tells that Pakistan would rely heavily on the prowess of their young guns.
Ahead of the difficult tour of Australia, former Pakistan speedster Shoaib Akhtar revealed that he gave bowling tips to Mohammad Musa on how to use the Australian conditions to his advantage. Being the fastest pacer ever to appear on the International arena, Shoaib was delighted to see Pakistan opting for the steamy pace of players like Musa and Naseem.
The cricketer turned commentator, while reflecting on Pakistani pace department, said that he advised Musa to adopt an aggressive attitude and bowl a lot of short deliveries. Shoaib added that he further told Musa to stick to short bowling even if he goes for runs early in his spell. Moreover, the Rawalpindi Express extended his best wishes to Pakistan as he wants to see the boys in green making history down under by defeating Kangaroos.
