After a lot of years, Sourav Ganguly is back in the Indian cricketing framework with a leadership role. Known as ‘Dada’, the former captain is currently serving as the head of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). This appointment has thrilled many cricket pundits and ex opening batsman Virender Sehwag isn’t sitting as an exception.
The 41-year old believes that Ganguly possesses excellent and aggressive mindset which would help the Indian cricket grow well. Sehwag highlighted Ganguly’s success in the transformation of Indian unit into a quality team as he explained the rationale behind his prediction.
Throwing light on Ganguly’s comments and focus on the domestic circuit as a starting point of improving Indian cricket, the Delhi born said that the southpaw is indeed the best man to do this job as he understands the problem at the grassroots. Moreover, he also wished luck to the Kolkata born to record another impressive innings, this time as the boss of the BCCI.
