England started their T20I campaign against New Zealand in some style as they triumphed over the hosts at Christchurch.
There were many notable performances but Chris Jordan played a crucial part in restricting the Kiwis to just 153 in their 20 overs.
Jordan picked up 2 wickets for 28 runs in his 4 overs. Chris got the wickets of Tim Seifert and Colin Munro who were taking the game away from England with their aggressive approach. England chased down the target in the 19th over with James Vince scoring a magnificent half-century.
Mitchell Santner took 3 wickets for New Zealand and he was the only bowler who showed some resistance against England’s batters. Santner finished with 3 for 23 in his 4 overs.
