Pakistan’s upcoming Test series against Australia is catching a lot of attention as this would commence their journey in the ICC World Test Championship. The red-ball cricketing action includes 2 matches with Brisbane and Adelaide playing the hosts.
Recently, Pakistan’s Test opening batsman Shan Masood reviewed the forthcoming stiff challenge down under. The tall fellow admitted the toughness of playing a quality side like Australia, but he quickly highlighted the positive side of the equation. Shan said that the Test matches against Australia would provide youngsters an opportunity to become big players of the International cricket.
Bolstering the confidence of players like Musa Khan and Naseem Shah, the 30-year old added that no one was a born star and all the fame is earned by working hard and performing strongly. Moreover, Shan is confident of registering a strong show despite having a young unit. The Kuwait born performed well in Pakistan’s last Test series against South Africa, but it remains to be seen how he fares in Australia.
