Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has recently kicked off its activities for the forthcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). For this reason, all the franchises were gathered to decide the first pick of the platinum round in Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore with the next day revealing the complete drafts model generated while using a statistical model.
The governing body of Pakistan cricket is also adamant to have the complete edition of the T20 extravaganza being played in Pakistan.
All the franchise owners also backed the decision as they are confident to have their foreign stars swelling the charm of the competition by visiting the country.
Former Pakistan paceman Waqar Younis who currently serves as the bowling coach of the national team was delighted to see the six owners backing the call of the PCB.
To extend his gratitude, the 47-year old took to Twitter and applauded the resilience and contribution of all the franchises in trying to restore competitive cricket back to the empty grounds of Pakistan.
