Steve Smtih was the star of the show during the 2nd T20I match between Pakistan and Australia. The bloke scored a remarkable 80 not out and guided his side home. The prolific batsman was too impeccable to cope with for the Pakistani bowling line-up. The bowling attack failed to devise any plans against the unstoppable Smith.
Shoaib Akhtar, the former Pakistani fast bowler, mentioned in a video that how he would have dealt with Smith if he was playing during his time. "Steve Smith has no technique or style but he has bravery. If he was playing in my time, I would have definitely tried to hit him and I would have tried to hurt him. But it's impossible to hurt this guy, he's playing so well, he's one of a kind" Akhtar said.
Ever since his return from the ban, Smith has been scoring prolific runs regardless of the format. He had an incredible Ashes series where he was hard to stop. Now he has perpetuated his form in the T20I format and he is looking forward to continue his dominance towards the ICC T20 World Cup in Australia next year.
