Bangladeshi paceman Mustafizur Rahman is counted among the best bowlers of the modern-day cricket. With a bag of tricks, the left-arm quick foxes the batters all the time. However, he was found on the receiving end during the recently concluded T20I series against India as the Fizz went wicket-less in the series while conceding runs at more than 9 runs per over.
This obviously caused a strong reaction against him as cricket pundits were frustrated to see their gun pacer getting neutralized.
However, the prodigious bowler received the much-needed support from his skipper Mahmudullah who feels that it would be unwise to write Fizz off.
Sharing his views on the performance of the 24-year old cricketer, Mahmudullah said that you don’t drop your ace players just because of few bad games.
Hence, he decided to shut many critics by calling Fizz a match-winning bowler. Moreover, the 33-year old is confident to see Fizz reacquiring his bowling mojo and recording a strong performance in the forthcoming assignments.
