The right-arm fast bowler who once played a deciding role for Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2012 final is currently going strong in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2019.
Aizaz Cheema was once again at his best in his side’s clash against Balochistan as he took 5 wickets against a strong batting line-up of Balochistan.
Even at the age of 40, Cheema is running in and bowling quick. Aizaz Cheema has represented Pakistan in 26 international matches but the highlight of his career was the last over that he bowled against Bangladesh in the final of the Asia Cup 2012. Cheema defended 9 runs in that final giving Pakistan the title of Asia Cup after 12 years.
