Pakistan bowling shows potential ahead of the Test series

Pakistan proved in the tour game against Australia A that why its bowling attack has the highest potential to deliver in the International arena.

The inexperienced bowling line-up of Pakistan was unsung in the tour game. Shaheen Shah Afridi and Imran Khan started the proceedings with some awe-inspiring fast bowling.

Imran and Shaheen broke through Australia A top-order and left the side reeling at 57-9. Australia A was bowled out for just 122 runs and gave Pakistan a lead of 306 runs. Iftikhar Ahmed showed some glimpses of his off-spin and picked up 2 wickets. Yasir Shah also picked up 1 wicket by trapping Sean Abbott LBW.

Unfortunately, Naseem Shah did not take part in the game due to the sad demise of his mother. The rest of the bowlers were terrific to watch.

The Pakistani bowlers exploited the good bowling conditions at Perth while bowling accurate lines and lengths. This consistency in the bowling ranks will help Pakistan to trouble Australia in the upcoming Test series. Therefore, Pakistan needs to carry this momentum in the series and make sure that they play around their strength.
