Australia’s Test captain Tim Paine has clearly challenged Pakistan with his bold words during a press conference. After a terrific outing in the tour game against Australia A, Pakistan’s confidence is sky-high. But the Australian captain Tim Paine is not bothered by Pakistan’s form as he feels that the story at the Gabba (where the 1st Test match will be played) will be totally different.
“I saw that Pakistan are smelling blood in the water or whatever they said. What happened at Perth has got nothing to do with what will happen at the Gabba”, Paine said.
Highlighting an example from the past he further added, “The same thing happened with England with the Headingley Test- Oh momentum’, and all these words that don’t matter. Ball one at the Gabba is all square and we start again”. Pakistan will face Australia in the 1st Test match at the Gabba on 21st November. The men in Green are geared up to pounce on the mighty Aussies as they seek their maiden Test series win in Australia.
