Jordan’s elite bowling outing in T10 League

The opening day of the third season of the highly celebrated T10 League provided a plethora of entertainment to the fans. Particularly, the last game of the day, which was played between Team Abu Dhabi and Qalandars brought a lot of fascination as the game was tied with both teams registering a strong show.

Qalandars won the toss and invited Team Abu Dhabi to bat first – a decision which set them a target of 104 runs. While the total could have been a lot more, paceman Chris Jordan recorded the most economical bowling spell for Qalandars as he conceded only 15 runs in his quota of 2 overs.

Delivering both his overs in the backend of the innings, the 31-year old expressed his eye-catching prowess by bowling tight lines. Jordan also picked the price wicket of explosive all-rounder Corey Anderson who was looking in a belligerent mood. Nevertheless, Qalandars choked in the last as they scored only 1 run of the last 2 balls to share a point with Team Abu Dhabi.
