Days after coming close to registering the first ton in T10 cricket, aggressive Australian batsman Chris Lynn was once again near the elusive three-figure mark before perishing for 89 in the encounter against Delhi Bulls.
Lynn, who specializes in smoking sixes at will, lit up the stage at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium as he smacked a whopping nine maximums and five boundaries in racking up 89 runs off just 33 deliveries.
With 22 sixes in five matches in the tournament, Lynn comfortably leads the distinguished list of batsmen with the most number of maximums in the ongoing competition.
His emphatic knock lifted Maratha Arabians to a gigantic total of 146/4 in their 10 overs that proved too much for the Bulls batting lineup. The ‘Lynnsanity’ storm seems to be a repeated happening in this year’s edition of the T10 league, much to the amusement of fans.
