In the recently concluded two-game Test series against India, Bangladesh was absolutely razed to the ground. Both the games saw the guests crumbling under pressure and falling like a house of cards. The humiliating defeats obviously didn’t go down well with the newly installed skipper Mominul Haque.
For this reason, the top-order batsman came forward to share three important areas of improvement for his side. The Test specialist highlighted the need of building partnerships, reliance on spin and management of bowling unit as the three key aspects for achieving success in future. However, he refused to admit that there’s anything technically wrong with his side. Rather, the 28-year old kept talking on the tactical issues.
“I don’t think that there was any technical problem as there is no end to improvement in technical side. I think we really need to improve tactically. We have received some valuable lessons in this red-ball series, which we would like to use for our future assignments,” said by the veteran of 38 Tests, 28 ODIs and 6 T20Is.
