Imam ul Haq, the Pakistani opening batsman, is under criticism again after his laughter picture went viral on the news and social media.
Imam was sharing a light moment with the Australian coach Justin Langer during the presentation ceremony after the 2nd Test match at the Adelaide Oval. The left-handed batsman faced severe backlash for laughing with the opposition coach after his individual and team’s miserable performance.
This is not the first time that Imam has come under criticism. He has always been targeted for nepotism and now adding fuel to the flames, his poor form and the questionable picture is breaking the headlines. But is this the only point to worry about Pakistan?
Pakistan’s team horrific outing in Australia and the lack of experience in the team are the far more important points to be taken into consideration.
Pakistani team and the players come under scrutiny after every bad series and the passionate cricket fans leave no stone unturned to target the players. Imam has become the victim of this criticism yet again.
The public took the jibe at the left-handed batsman and mocked him at social media showing the unnecessary anger over Imam’s attitude at the post-match presentation. However, Pakistani management and the public should take the notice of more grieve concerns which are denting Pakistan’s performance with every progressing day.
