Sohail Khan, the paceman of Pakistan, is one of the strongest performers of the domestic circuit. However, he wasn’t able to translate his success in the International cricket. While Sohail recorded few impressive outings in the International circuit, but a bowling average of 41.66 in Tests, 31.42 in ODIs and 24.60 in T20Is doesn’t justify his potential.
However, the 35-year old cricketer has no plans to give up as he aims to force his way back into the green team on account of consistent shows in the domestic cricket. Moreover, the wily quick added that he has improved his batting as well, which makes him an overall strong player to get selected in the national team. It remains to be seen if selectors get impressed with Sohail’s performances.
“I try to contribute both with bat and ball, which is evident form my record. You can see that I did well in both departments in many domestic games. I understand what cricket is and it demands you to do well in every condition. I have been doing it for some time and hopeful to get back to the national team,” said by Malakand born cricketer.
