Pakistan’s right-arm paceman Hasan Ali provided an update regarding his recovery process as his rib injury forced him out of the historic two-Test series against Sri Lanka. The 25-year-old took to Twitter to inform fans he had recovered “60-70%” from the rib fractures that rendered him unfit for the series.
Hasan, who has been an integral part of Pakistan’s white-ball setup since he made his international debut, recently attracted criticism for his antics at a fashion show. A video clip depicted Hasan walking up to the ramp and launching into his trademark wicket-taking celebration. Fans thus raised questions over the severity of his injury.
Reacting to the negative publicity surrounding him in the media, Hasan penned his thoughts on Twitter where he admitted he was going through a difficult time and dearly needed the support of his fans to make a strong comeback.
