Always important to adapt and do what the team needs: Virat Kohli

After getting defeated in the second game of the three-match T20I series, India recorded a sensational comeback in the decider in Mumbai to seal the deal. Batting first on a flat deck, the men in blue hammered West Indian unit to muster 240 runs. In reply, the tourists were able to reach 173 runs, thus getting handled a 67-run defeat.

While both openers Rohit Sharma and Lokesh Rahul struck delightful half-centuries, but the eyes remained glued to the prowess of Indian skipper Virat Kohli.

The Delhi born, against his nature, registered a belligerent batting outing, scoring his fastest T20I half-century in an innings which saw him mustering 70 runs using only 29 balls.

Later, the run machine reflected on his innings as he added that it is imperative to change your batting gear to suit the need of the team. Virat, a proper match-winner, added that he never shies away from challenges that push him to come out of his comfort zone. Moreover, he was elated to see India winning yet another series.
