The 25-year old, while batting on the final day of the Rawalpindi Test against Sri Lanka, recorded a glorious batting show, which witnessed him reaching his 3rd hundred in red-ball cricket.
Battling against the approaching light issues, the Lahore born consumed only 128 balls to muster a spectacular unbeaten innings of 102 runs. Doing so, Babar struck 14 marvelous boundaries to up the ante. Seeing their lion-hearted batter scoring a home Test ton thrilled the fans who remained disappointed during the major part of this Test match because of rain spoiling all the fun.
