Cricket Ireland has recently confirmed their fixtures for the forthcoming season of 2020. The exciting unit will lock horns against teams like Bangladesh, New Zealand and Pakistan which would give their team an ideal chance to prove their mettle.
It is important to note that the boys in green will be participating in two T20I games against Ireland. The first game of the two-match series will be played on July 12, while the next contest is scheduled to take place on July 14.
Both the games are set to be played in the Malahide stadium. All this is a part of Pakistan’s tour to England 2020 which also includes 3 ODIs against Netherlands. Moreover, Pakistan is set to participate in 3 Tests and as many T20I against a sturdy unit of England.
After this tour, Pakistan’s next assignment will be the T20 World Cup in Australia. Therefore, these contests will provide an ideal chance to Pakistan to assess their 20-over resources ahead of the all-important mega-event in Australia.
