Former Pakistani head coach Mickey Arthur heaped praise on the Indian team after its exquisite performance against Sri Lanka in the 2nd T20I game. The Sri Lankan head coach feels that the current Indian side hardly has any room for improvement.
The South African hailed India’s growth under the leadership of Virat Kohli while crediting their skills in all 3 departments. Arthur is greatly impressed with the young talent that India possesses and how it has delivered of late. He also advised other nations to learn from Virat and company.
Arthur, rating India as a “great team”, said that Australia is the only team at the moment that can give India a tough time as they have found their mojo back. The 51-year old also talked about Sri Lanka’s performance in the 2nd T20I game. He mentioned that the young Sri Lankan side has a lot to learn but they surely have the talent to transcend the boundaries.
