Lahore Qalandars, the franchise of the highly admired Pakistan Super League (PSL), remains to be the most unsuccessful team of the short four-year history of the competition. The unit remained disappointing on the field in this 20-over event. However, same cannot be said about their off the field activities as they continue to work throughout the year.
The success of such activities can be measured with the performance of the paceman Haris Rauf who is a product of the Player Development Program (PDP) of Lahore Qalanders. After recording his prowess in Abu Dhabi T20 League and PSL, the 26-year old cricketer is making whole of Australia fall in love with him.
Reviewing all this, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lahore Qalandars, Sameen Rana shared exhilaration. Sameen added that the dream and plan of his franchise is to unearth a lot of talented cricketers for Pakistan, thus maintaining a sustained supply of capable players. There are many players working with Lahore Qalandars in their High Performance Center and Sameen is confident about their success eventually.
