With less than 6 weeks to go in the fifth edition of the highly admired Pakistan Super League (PSL), the excitement has taken a surge. The most special thing about this season of the 20-over event is that all the contests will be played in Pakistan as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) decided to give 14 games to Lahore, 9 to Karachi, 8 to Rawalpindi and 3 to Multan.
For this glorious event, tickets are likely to go on sale from January 20. Tickets for day games will offer different rates as compared to the matches which will be played in night. It is expected that these contests will see a huge turn out as Pakistani people are sitting hungry to see top local and International cricketers playing in front of them.
Furthermore, the governing body of Pakistan cricket wants the same as they are trying to engage maximum spectators. For this reason, ticket price is likely to settle between the range of 500 to 3000 rupees. However, the VIP boxes will have relatively costly tickets. The forthcoming season of Pakistan’s darling T20 event is set to get underway from February 2020 with the opening game played between defending champions Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United.
