Fakhar Zaman aims the best batsman award in PSL 2020

Fakhar Zaman, the opening batsman of Pakistan, remains to be one of the most dangerous batters of the modern day cricket. However, his performances have adopted a downward spiral ever since that match-winning century against India in the final of ICC Champions Trophy 2017.

While he smashed some stylish innings in the last 2 years or so, but he largely remained inconsistent. Moreover, he had a horrible patch in T20Is of 2019. Nevertheless, the 29-year old cricketer is sanguine to shred off a loop of poor performances as he is eyeing a strong show in the forthcoming edition of the highly admired Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Sharing his views, the 29-year old batsman said that his goal is to become the best batsman of PSL 2020 and help Lahore Qalanadars record a better performance in Pakistan’s darling T20 competition this time around. Moreover, he was elated to see Qalandars getting 8 home games to enhance his team’s chances of winning. Qalandars journey in forthcoming cricket action is set to begin on February 21 in Lahore.
