The Indian captain Virat Kohli hailed the most destructive weapon of his arsenal, Jasprit Bumrah, ahead of the 1st ODI game against Australia at the Wankhede Stadium. Virat shared the experience of batting against the right-arm quick in the nets.
The right-handed batsman, praising Bumrah, mentioned that it is not easy to hit boundaries against him. Virat said that he often challenges himself to bat against Jasprit Bumrah in the nets.“This is the second time ever I got out batting against him in the nets”, Virat highlighted as he concluded the nets session before the massive encounter at Wankhede, Mumbai.
Bumrah has been Virat’s go-to bowler in the International matches and he will be key for him again as India sets their eye on home-dominance against Australia. India vs Australia will be an important series for Bumrah as he is coming back after a long injury lay-off.
