Bangladesh’s forthcoming tour to Pakistan has seen a plethora of drama. After a lot of negotiations, the emerged result cannot be called positive for Pakistan as Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) agreed only to play 3 T20Is against the men in green in Pakistan.
This obviously frustrated the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as they wanted to hold a complete tour at their home. Social media also saw a lot of criticism on Bangladesh not only from Pakistan, but also from other countries.
However, the matter is yet to take a final shape as the upcoming Governance Review Committee meeting of the International Cricket Council (ICC) will see PCB and BCB exchanging words on Bangladesh’s tour to Pakistan.
PCB Chairman Ehsan Mani said that the meeting in Dubai will allow both boards to discuss the said cricketing action. It remains to be seen how things fold for Pakistan as they are eager to host all their cricket at home.
