Coming out of the International retirement last month, all-rounder Dwayne Bravo is all set to bring his experience back to the T20I team of West Indies. The spectacular cricketer is participating in the three-game T20I series against Ireland and West Indian selection committee is hoping to answer their death bowling concerns with Bravo’s call-up.
On his return, Bravo shared excitement and revealed his goals with the national team. The 36-year old admitted that he feels like debuting for the maroon jersey again and would look to give his all to help West Indies beat Ireland in the 20-over cricket. It would be interesting to see how Bravo fares as T20 World Cup not being far away could bolster his chances of playing the mega-event in Australia.
“It’s a great feeling. I feel like a kid again when I first got a call for my selection. It is something that was always on my mind since the change of leadership and stuff. I am happy to get the opportunity and looking forward to doing my best,” Bravo said while sharing his goals.
