Pakistan’s all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez is once again cleared for bowling following an action test. The all-rounder was restricted by the English Cricket Board (ECB) to bowl while he was playing County Cricket. It was not the first time that Hafeez was reported for a suspect bowling action and later banned from bowling.
Hafeez underwent a bowling action test in an independent Bio-Mechanical lab at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) which is accredited by the International Cricket Council (ICC). Hafeez is now cleared to bowl and he will feature as an all-rounder during the Pakistan Super League edition 5.
Hafeez will be part of Lahore Qalandars in the upcoming PSL season. Starting from 20th February, the T20 fiesta will continue for a month and a half in 4 cities of the country. Hafeez’s off-spin skill will be an effective weapon in Lahore Qalandar’s arsenal.
