Haris Rauf was one of the star performers in the recently concluded Big Bash League (BBL), exhibiting stellar bowling displays regularly in the Australia’s premier T20 tournament. Although the right-arm pace sensation was not available to the Melbourne Stars for the entire competition, he wreaked havoc on opposing batting lineups.
Rauf’s magnificent performances propelled him into the limelight and he managed to make his international debut during Pakistan’s T20I series against Bangladesh. Now gearing up for the upcoming season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Rauf has warned opponents regarding Lahore Qalandars’ fast bowling talent. He cited his BBL bowling heroics as being instrumental in his development into an intimidating pacer.
“The experience of playing Big Bash League was productive and I learnt attacking bowling there. Batsmen of other franchises must come prepared before facing the fast bowlers of Lahore Qalandars,” Rauf claimed.
