The four-year journey of Pakistan Super League (PSL) has hardly been a joyful experience for the Lahore Qalandars as they finished dead last in all the editions of the tournament. This obviously shattered the hearts of Lahore’s fans who continued to get hurt with every single dismal year.
Things aren’t looking promising for them this year as well as Lahore’s squad looks weakest when compared with other units. However, all-rounder Mohammad Hafeez is eager to pay back all the love that Lahore’s fans bestowed upon him and his team. Praising the fans of Lahore, the 39-year old vowed to give his best in the forthcoming 6-team tournament to help Lahore register a strong performance in PSL 2020.
“Lahore has been extremely kind to shower heaps of love on us despite us not producing the desired results. It is high time to pay them back by doing well in our prestigious 20-over competition,” said by Hafeez in a media session ahead of the start of PSL.
