Mohammad Hasnain, the Pakistani pace sensation, is one of the fastest pacers of the country. Importantly, the speedster is continuously improving, which was evident from his recent show against Islamabad United in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020 opener.
With a spectacular bowling show, Hasnain came across as a really hard opponent for Adelaide as he unleashed his bag of tricks to bamboozle their batting department. The decision of Quetta to bowl first against Islamabad proved fruitful as the 19-year old cricketer ran riot to record his maiden four-wicket hail in T20 cricket, ending up with figures of 4/25 in his 4 overs.
With an iconic bowling performance, Hasnain allowed Quetta to restrict Islamabad to 168 runs despite a sturdy start to their innings. In response, Brisbane lost two quick wickets, but calm heads of Azam Khan and Ben Cutting allowed the unit to overcome the nerves and record a convincing victory. For a match changing bowling spell, Hasnain was rewarded the player of the match award.
