The former South African batsman invigorated the full-house crowd at the Multan International Stadium with his brilliant batting display against Quetta Gladiators. Rilee scored his maiden Pakistan Super League century- making it the first ever PSL century for Multan Sultans.
The left-handed batsman scored a 44-ball century- which is the fastest century in the history of Pakistan Super League. Rossouw century included 10 boundaries and 6 sixes and it came at the strike-rate of 227.27.
Rossow’s century powered Multan Sultans to the total of 199 which became difficult for Quetta to chase in the 2nd half of the innings. Quetta Gladiators fell short of 30 runs despite 41-ball 80 from Shane Watson. Rilee Rossouw was named man of the match for his exquisite century.
