Pakistan is currently staging a successful show at home in shape of the fifth season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). After dull moments in front of largely empty stadiums of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), this is a massive change for all the cricketers. Not only that, all the 6 franchises are featuring top International cricketers which is sending a positive message worldwide.
All this charm is attracting a lot of cricket pundits and the recent one to comment on it is none other than former West Indian cricketer Michael Holding. The 66-year old who isn’t a fan of the shortest format of the game was elated to see Pakistan getting a chance to host competitive games.
Holding feels that the cricket deprived nation of Pakistan deserves every bit of this happiness. He also thinks that this will spur other countries around the world to tour Pakistan regularly for the International cricket. For that to happen, he forwarded his best wishes to the country.
