What was turning out to be a major success has been hit by a pandemic as the 2020 edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) has been halted amid outbreak of Corona Virus. As a result, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has postponed the semi-finals of the tournament, which will be played later.
Reviewing all this, Peshawar Zalmi’s batsman Imam-ul-Haq took to Twitter to reflect on the experience of playing the 6-team event in Pakistan. While he was able to play only 3 PSL 2020 games, the 24-year old shared gratefulness towards all those who made PSL a hit. He added that playing in front of the energetic and jam-packed stadiums gives everyone a different kind of feeling.
However, he was disappointment with how health conditions became unsatisfactory for the continuation of the tournament. Imam also prayed for everyone’s safety in a global health crisis. Not only that, the elegant lefty urged everyone to be kind towards each other.
