South African players asked to isolate themselves upon arrival from India

The India vs South Africa ODI series was cancelled due to the prevailing novel coronavirus. South Africa was scheduled to play 2 ODIs in Kolkata and Lucknow after the first game at Dharamshala was called off due to rain. The South African cricketers were self-isolated in the hotels in India.

However, the players are advised to adopt the same safety measures on their arrival in South Africa. The world has been in a different place in the past week or so. World Health Organization (WHO) has advised the countries to check on their flights and airport symptoms.

Although India and South Africa are not really at the high-risks countries at the moment but still the Proteas players are strongly advised to remain in self-isolation after arriving in the country.
