With the outbreak of Coronavirus, people have been limited to their residencies. Across the globe, athletes are disturbed by this as hitting gym is a part of their routine. However, many have started their training at home to stay in shape when the things return to normalcy.
One of them includes the name of Pakistan’s prolific batsman Babar Azam who isn’t letting the free time disturb his fitness plans. On his Twitter handle, the veteran of 26 Tests, 74 ODIs and 34 T20Is, shared his workout routine. Babar also invited his fans to share their fitness plans as he urged them to keep maintaining physical distancing during the ongoing pandemic.
It wasn’t the first time a cricketer shared his fitness routine at home. Earlier, many cricketers like David Warner, Joe Root, Shaheen Afridi and Ben Stokes etc. have posted regular updates regarding their self-isolation activities to lift the spirit of disturbed people who are going through an extremely troubling time.
