England’s wicket-keeper batsman Jos Buttler feels that the Indian Premier League (IPL), being a massive tournament, will find its way into the schedule in the ongoing year. Buttler said that everything is very indefinite at the moment, but it is highly likely that the tournament will be adjusted into the schedule regardless of which International players attend the event.
Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the IPL is on hold. Initially, it was scheduled to start on 28th March 2020 and later was postponed until 14th April 2020.
With the locked down extending world-wide, it is unlikely that IPL will go on as per schedule. However, the English wicket-keeper batsman, who will be part of Rajasthan Royals in the tournament, is hopeful that some part of the tournament will be played.
