Yuvraj Singh reveals a strange incident after hitting 6 sixes

Cricketing history has seen many great memories and some of them are hard to forget. Yuvraj Singh’s 6 sixes in an over to Stuart Broad during the ICC T20 World Cup 2007 is a never-diminishing memory of the cricket world.

Yuvraj Singh recently revealed a strange incident that happened after those 6 sixes. “The Australian coach at that came to me and had asked if there was a fiber behind and asked if it was legal. Has the match referee checked it? So, I told him to get it checked. Even Gilchrist asked me like who used to make our bats,” Yuvraj told a news network.

Yuvraj disclosed that the matter later went to match referee and he checked his bat whether he was using a fiber on his willow. “So, the match referee had also checked my bat. But honestly, that bat was very special for me. I have never played with a bat like that”, Singh concluded. India went on to win the ICC 2007 World Cup after beating Pakistan in a close contest in the final.
